Equipment Maintenance Manual

Current Maintenance ：

1 .  Check the water level of the chiller, which should be above the green mark at 2/3 of the water level.

2 .  Check whether the power line is damaged and other safety risks.

3 .  Check whether the switch button is flexible.

4 .  Check the protective lens before starting up and keep it clean.

5 .   Check the nozzle before light, keep it clean and unblocked.

6 .  Check whether the laser focus is at the center of the cutting nozzle.

7 .  Clean the dust and waste on the machine table before leaving work.

8 .  If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, please add antifreeze or drain the water from the laser water cooler to prevent ice formation and damage to the machine.

Weekly Maintenance:

1 .  Clean the cutting residue in the machine platform and keep the movement of the platform smooth.

2 .  Clean the cooling system radiator filter to keep the cooling system working well.

Monthly Maintenance:

1 .  Clean the circuit board and computer ash layer to maintain normal operation of circuit board and computer heat dissipation.

2 . Clean the water tank, replace the cooling water (deionized distilled water once

a month, pure water once a month), and replace the filter element once a month.

3 . Oiling (solid oil for guide rail) once a month, a small amount added.

4 . Remove the dust cover for inspection to ensure proper oil injection.
